(Any resident of the library’s service area aged 18 and above may apply for an eCard from the library’s website. eCards extend borrowing privileges to the library’s digital and electronic collections without requiring the applicant to visit the library in-person. School districts in the library’s eligible service area may apply for Student eCards with accompanying parental permission as required by 15 CSR 30-200.025 of the Missouri State Regulations.)

When applying for your library eCard, you are entering into a contract with Poplar Bluff Municipal Library. The eCard extends borrowing privileges from the library's online digital collections. By applying for your eCard, you agree that you are accountable for all items accessed on your eCard; to promptly pay for any charges; to observe all library rules; and to notify the library of any changes to your contact information. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to report a compromised eCard. The library eCard remains the property of the Poplar Bluff Municipal Library.
